"Fair"
There’s something warm and enchanting that invites you into this world. Shiny things and vibrant colors give the illusion of something sweet, but those beautiful feathers she’s wearing came from somewhere. It seems common practice that for one being to gain another must sacrifice. It doesn’t have to be this way, but it’s how we’ve decided to play the game. A carnival game where the odds are stacked against most and the few lucky winners decide to keep their eyes covered because for them the system is working just fine. They say justice is blind, but she seems to be acutely aware that her feather boa is more beautiful than the rest and she somehow deserves it more than the birds that were born with it.
