I use the title Dis-integrate to describe the process of weaving two lives together. This could be in reference to a romantic relationship, friendship, work or any other situation requiring compromise. It's impossible to hold on and let go at the same time. On one hand, we are all, at some time in our lives, expected to demonstrate some sort of significant growth...or at least what is traditionally accepted as such. Unfortunately, those pivotal moments usually come with a price...some sort of significant sacrifice. Nothing is ever gained without some kind of loss and you never find out what it was worth until you let it go. It's total bullshit.
